Medium-power pumping stations

A self-contained station designed for pumping or supplying large volumes of liquids of different viscosities and compositions, including liquids containing up to 12% solids.

Such units are used in agriculture: for irrigation, manure application and pumping and other processes.

They are also used in construction, firefighting and other spheres of activity, where water and other liquids need to be pumped over long distances.

The basis of the diesel pumping station (DPS) is a powerful diesel engine.

Standard equipment of the diesel pumping station (DPS)

The standard configuration of DPS includes: diesel engine, centrifugal pump, mounted on a common frame and connected with each other by a cardan shaft.

Built-in vacuum system for primary filling of the main pump cavity and hoses, cooling system, air intake, gas exhaust, oil and fuel systems.

Automatic and manual control system of the diesel pumping station, emergency warning signalling and emergency protection.

Weather protection shelter, 1000l. tank with anti-vibration supports, sled or chassis (with rigid coupling), battery, set of flanges, fittings, bends, gate valves, connections, fasteners; suction hose holder bracket; etc.

Additional options for completion of DPS

NORTH version – UHL (temperate and cold climate), operating temperature from -44°C to +30°C.

Includes: corrosion-resistant, weatherproof, heat-insulated bonnet or sea container, protection degree IP23.

Preheater system with timer start function, heating system, fuel wires and fuel intakes, heated control panel, preheated air, etc.

The bonnet is equipped with side openings with lockable doors, the doors are equipped with locks. The bonnet is bolted to the frame, the bonnet roof has slinging eyes.
